If you are a beginner, we recommend participating in the Personhood Series which consists of the foundational practices of Hakomi and a prerequisite if you wish to become certified. This is a four part series with one module offered each month in a two day workshop.
Join our monthly Hakomi Circle and receive a full Hakomi session and observe and assist in another session. Sessions allow deep assisted self study and discovery.
Our Vancouver and Courtenay training sites offer multi-level training in the Hakomi Method. We focus on self study and Hakomi skills to help our students understand how to apply Hakomi in a variety of settings. Each training day is four hours of experiential learning using Hakomi exercises. Everyone is welcome to join the Hakomi experience.
This offering is for students with at least two years of Hakomi training who are committed to advancing their Hakomi skills. A commitment to a series of classes is required.
A monthly opportunity to practice your Hakomi skills with a group of peers to better understand yourself and the Hakomi method.
For advanced students of Hakomi, we offer small group experiences in which they practice full sessions and receive live coaching with peer and trainer feedback.
Awareness is the greatest agent of change.
